I find it fascinating that the article claims real change can’t come from modifiying systems or cultures, but rather from changing people’s behavior…and then it goes on to say the most effective way to change people’s behavior involves changing the system or culture they live in. Though of course they don’t put it like that…they just simply run down every kind cultural change you can do, and act like it operates only on the personal level.
Sigh.
