my 6 year old son and i just finished butchering a nice young kid goat…its liver is frying in a cast iron skillet with volunteer onions from the garden and rendered bear fat… tonight we will cook its body on an open flame with friends and celebrate the new season…
i love it that nobody owns the solstices, as much as the winter one has been hijacked by christmas…they are still days which speak to those with ears to hear…
