I’m planning to harvest himalayan blackberry shoots soon and would love to hear from others who have experience harvesting and eating them… what are your favorite ways to enjoy? Have you ever tried preserving them? I’m going to try small samples of native berry plant shoots too, just as a learning experience to compare flavors, etc. but my goal is to focus on gathering invasives… would love to hear from you!
